Keith was born and raised in Clinton, Massachusetts. He now resides in
Lancaster, Massachusetts. He started his Martial Arts career in Judo. He
trained in Judo for 5 years.

After five years his focus turned to the ring and more realistic training
for fighting. At this point he began to train in some kickboxing and
Submission grappling, soon after Massachusetts Submission Academy was
opened. In March of 1999 he had his first MMA Match in Hook N Shoot and it
has been no looking back. Since then he has developed his ground game under
Gracie Black Belt Patric Barbeiri and Doug Colenda. He also studies Muay
Thai. In early 2003 Team Elite was formed by Keith, Patric Barbeiri and Doug
Colenda. The Team has brought the best in the East together to train and
further develop our MMA game. Keith Has fought in 2 Ultimate Fighting
Championships, Hook N Shoot where he still holds the Heavyweight Pancrase Title,
FightZone, and Ring of Fury where he is Middle Weight Champion.
